RAPID COVID-19 TESTING IS NOW AVAILABLE!

-Please email metroallergy@gmail.com with a completed COVID registration form, credit card authorization form, copies of the front and back of medical insurance cards, and requested appointment time.
-We will email you back with any further questions there may be and we will confirm your appointment time.
-The day of your appointment when you arrive to the parking lot, call us and let us know you are here (732)383-5554 and give us a description of your car and the area you are parked. We will then come out to your car to complete the test. All testing will be done in your car outside of the office.
-We will get results within 15 minutes and will give you a copy via email.
